We stayed in the South Tower and had Gold lounge access. The real positives were a really nice bathroom with very good shower. All amenities and plenty of towels. Bedroom was a good size and bed comfortable but it was a real challenge to stay a week for two people for wardrobe and drawer space. It was minimal with only two small drawers by the wardrobes and very much smaller as part of the bedside table. The light and curtain system was a challenge as was the air con. There is a fridge/ tea coffee tap water unit which takes up a lot of space on one side of the bed which was difficult to negotiate in the dark to go to the bathroom. We had Gold lounge access which was excellent. Staff were friendly ,attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served with an egg station. Happy hour was from 5.30 to 7.30 pm and had a good selection of food and drinks. Would certainly return.

What an amazing experience, quality great food, staff most especially Grace & Ron very welcoming & friendly! Indeed a well deserving 10/10 rating!!! Highly recommended for family friendly who travels alot with kids most especially! Love the pool, the bath, the suite, the view, the location & the accessibility to everything… pretty easy to catch the train from here!!!

Friendly crews, had a pleasant stay here at Fairmont. Keep up the good work ! Looking forward to have another stay here at Fairmont. Located in strategic location, next to Chijmes which is a very great spot yo chill and hang out, bunch of nice restaurants

Our check in was fast and courteous. Our room on the 17th floor, north tower, had a very nice view of the pools, the merlion and the bay. Our room was meticulously serviced by Damyal-Hong Thuy. and we enjoyed finding the artistic towel display with the rabbits and flowers, on the desk. Also, one of your front desk staff kindly exchanged a bag of sgd coins for sgd paper money. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect for access to public transport, shopping and a variety of restaurants. We look forward to another visit soon and will highly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you and kind regards, John & Wendy Holgate

Robert from concierge was extremely helpful ny organising the return of a bag that contained a purse and a mobile phone

Robert in the concierge depart was very helpful. We left a bag in a taxi that contained a purse and mobile phone. He tracked down the taxi we left it in and arranged for him to bring it back to us. He went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you again for your amazing customer service.
